Dulce works at Bread for the World, and advocacy organization based in Washington, DC as a project coordinator for the Church Relations department. She studied political science at Centro de Investigacion y Docencia Economicas (CIDE) in Mexico City and received her Master’s degree in Political Management from George Washington University. She is interested in advocacy and poverty in the U.S. and around the world. Dulce volunteers as an ESL teacher at the St. Thomas Moore church in Arlington, Virginia, and also at CARECEN, a non-profit organization that helps Central-Americans to apply for U.S. citizenship.
