The Franciscan Action Network does not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any other organization or individual.

Members of FAN always retain the right to be unsubscribed from FAN's database. This must be done by submitting a written request to us.

Information Collection and Security

Should you decide to become a member of or to make a donation to the Franciscan Action Network, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information, and - in the case of donations - credit card billing information.  Contact and credit card information that is submitted is encrypted using an industry-standard secure technology.  This encryption is designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide.  Encryption is indicated on your Web browser by the display of a lock or key on the browser address or status bar.

Member security is important and pertains to our mission. From time to time FAN may initiate contact with its members on important issues; however, in no case will FAN allow third parties to contact our members directly.
